The Authors Reply: We thank Prof. Xing Hua, Xia, and his colleagues [1] for elaborating an interest to alternate the intracoronary centered balloon catheter Galileo intravascular radiotherapy system for the beta-radiation application in the experiments in vitro on extracellular matrix proteins in beta radiation [2]. Prof. Xing Hua Xia, and his colleagues used beta-~90Sr irradiation treatment of the silicon wafer coated with vWF, collagen type III, fibronectin, and flbrinogen to mimic the beta-~32P radiation application of extra cellular matrix proteins in intravascular brachytherapy (IVBT).
