Coronary artery bifurcation lesions are considered a complex disease owing to their great anatomical variability [1]. Despite the use of different techniques and drug eluting stents, bifurcation lesions remain challenging and a difficult subset with a lower procedural success at both short and long term in comparison to non-bifurcation lesions [2,3]. Despite multiple techniques for treating coronary bifurcation lesions such as crush stenting, culotte stenting, V stenting, T stenting, and provisional stenting, no single technique has been set as a standard technique in treating bifurcation lesions and in particular left main stem (LMS) bifurcation disease [1]. Recently, novel and dedicated bifurcation devices have been designed and introduced to facilitate the provisional approach, offering easy access to the side branch [4], however, none of these novel devices has been reported in the treatment of LMS disease.
