Last year, Andrew Clarke and John Roberts from Gullands solicitors attended IIRSM South East Branch's inaugural meeting to examine the forthcoming sentencing guidelines for health and safety and food hygiene offences. John took delegates on a tour of the new guidelines and looked at cases under the recent environmental offences guidelines to illustrate how sentencing in health and safety cases might look in 2016.
