摘要

AJAX stands for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. Ajax is not a single technology, but a group of technologies. HTML and CSS can be used in combination to mark up and style information. The DOM is accessed with JavaScript to dynamically display - and allow the user to interact with - the information presented. JavaScript and the XMLHttpRequest object provide a method for exchanging data asynchronously between browser and server to avoid full page reloads. Ajax used to develop different types of applications like web applications, web services and geospatial applications. To develop the website dynamically we use Ajax with the current web technology used in the geospatial website. In the existing system, an online geospatial analysis system is built to provide Geosciences community an easy web access to Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards compliant geospatial data, information and services from multiple sources. To develop this we have so many ajax components integrated with webservies and servlets. In this paper, we are developing an AJAX based electronic framework for hydrological applications that incorporates geospatial preparing administrations and mapping mashups to give an intelligent and easy to use geo-portal interface to the design and execution of logical models using. The server side gives hydrological model rationale through a library of disseminated geospatial preparing administrations that gets ready and introduces all geospatial information -satellite symbolism, cartography, computerized height models, and sensor measurements-vital for running two well known waterway overflow models. The geo-portal's customer side encourages index looking for proper geospatial information, collaborates with the geo-processing administrations as indicated by the hydrological model parameters, and presentations the results as a web mapping mashup utilizing the Google Maps API and information recovered by distinctive geospatial web administrations to give brisk criticism about the status and conduct of the hydrological model, keeping in mind the end goal to aid and enhance choice making.
