Escaping the ivory tower: Emancipation of the modern clinical academic

摘要

Through additional training, successful applicant nurses will be able to drive forward the quest for care based on best evidence by being enabled to develop research projects that inform the care they deliver for patients on a daily basis. Once qualified, these nurses will be empowered to use their research activities and findings to inform the day-to-day responsibilities of nurses, and importantly ensure that these practices are disseminated to other care settings.
