摘要

Westernbolt analysis of outer membrane protein antigens of Aeromonas sobria, isolated from moribund goldfish (Camssius auratus), was performed using rabbit hyper immune serum with the aim of identifying immunodominant polypeptide antigen that might beexploited in immunodiagnostic and / or immunoprophylactic preparations in future. Three immunogenic antigens of 48, 23 and 21 kDa molecular weight were identified, of which 48 kDa was immunodominant showing its potentiality in immunodiagnosis and / or imnmnoprophylaxis of aeromonasis of goldfish.
