Scientific Approaches to the Assessment of Intellectual Capital of Technology Park Structures

The paper presents the author's view on the issues of assessment of intellectual capital of technology park structures in connection with its immaterial essence and the complex structure of study subjects. The author offers the assessment tools of intellectual capital according to the results of the reporting period (tactical) and the long term (strategic). The proposed methods allow to create a fairly complete view about the presence of the intellectual capital of a particular resident and the extent of its using in activity which is the basis for management decisions.
