摘要

Heat exchanger is an essential ingredient in a wide range of industrial application. During the heat exchanger process, the temperature of the liquid changes in different ranges and achieving the desired temperature is a difficult task. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Fuzzy logic controllers (FLC) are more attractive in such applications. The ANN is used for determining the appropriate inputs to control the system and FLC is an intelligent controller, used for analyzing the system control inputs in terms of logic variables. In this paper the whole process of the system is analyzed and then the process variation of the system is determined. The rate of change of process parameter is applied as input to ANN and Fuzzy controllers. It controls the process change and makes the system stable. The proposed controller based process system is simulated in MATLAB and the performance of the controller is evaluated.
