摘要

This paper describes the design of a power factor corrected (PFC) two stage multiple output dc-dc converter based switched mode power supply (SMPS) to get better power quality at ac mains. There are two stages in the process of SMPS system, in which first stage has an uncontrolled rectifier supplied from AC supply and its output is fed to a non-isolated dc-dc converter and the second stage consists of a boost half-bridge dc-dc converter providing three outputs of + 12v, + 3. 3v and 5v isolated from each other, normally used in computer systems. Proposed PFC two stage multiple output dc-dc converter based SMPS is designed and simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK and its performance is verified.
