Education and Training Systems Issues: Synthesis of the Elite Production Factors

摘要

The elite education is an important element of the debate on the training institutions objectives and seems to become a social, economic and political issue. Assuming that sustainable development is happening on the basis of a producing economic fabric and high added value, the education and training systems are required to be in tune with cyclical requirements to fully play their role as a locomotive of development. Therefore, the main challenge is the elites training at a time of globalization governed by more and more bitter competitive criteria. To support this subject, we examined in this article, first of all, the definition of the elite concept and then we studied the production factors of an elite, namely: Training, genetic predisposition, education and family environment, self-will, belief or ideology. We have, underlined, afterward, the major issue for education and training systems for this 'distinguished category' given that they could potentially harm equal opportunities.
