摘要

In the present paper a computer code is developed, which integrates Mechanical and drafting design for nonstandard flanges using Auto Lisp compatible with AutoCAD. Design is available in both SI and FPS units for various types of nonstandard flanges. Tedious calculations are made easier and large database is present in the hands of designer. The program allows the user to experiment with different design specifications and visualize these solutions in the form standard calculation sheet and detailed drawings. The detailed drawing of the flange can be used as template for fabrication/manufacturing when plotted. Small users can use this program without purchasing costly software which consists of more than required procedures.
