Schistosomus reflexus is an anomaly of foetal" development characterized by marked skeletal defects, which is one of the major causes of foetal dystocia. The Schistosomus reflexus is reported in cattle (Roberts, 1971 and Jana and Ghosh, 2001) and in buffaloes (Murthy et al., 1999). The present paper reports a rare occurrence of Schistosomus reflexus monster and successful manual delivery in a Jersey crossbred cow.
