Blood plasma activities of glutamic oxale-acctate transaminase (GOT), glutamic pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were estimated in bullocks with coefficient of heat tolerance (CFHT) low (less than 60) and high (more than 60).The valuei of LDH (lU/litre), COT (Units/ml) and GPT (Units/ml) in the high and low heat tolerant groups were 171.97,199.66, 28.07, 30.96 and 18.90, 24.39, respectively. The differences were significant in case of LDH (P < 0.25) and GPT (P < 0.10). It can be concluded that bullocks with lower normal blood values of LDH, GOT and G PT have higher heat tolerant ability.
