The Textile Industry is the mother industry of India and requires special focus from the Government as well as the industrialists in terms of its modernisation as well as sorting out of all other hurdles so that it can compete with confidence for an increasing share in global market. The Government looks at textile industry with multifaceted advantages and wishes to develop strong and vibrant industry, which can supply the quality fabric, cost effectively and provide sustainable employment as well as significantly contribute to economic growth of the nation.
