摘要

Fe-based amorphous alloys containing rare earth elements have appeared to be a new type of ferromagnetic materials with unique magnetic properties. In this paper, the glass-forming ability, thermal stability and magnetic properties were investigated for Fe_(67-x)Co_7Zr_6Nd_xB_(20) (x = 0-5 at percent) amorphous alloys. Among these alloys, the supercooled liquid region of Fe_(64)Co_7Zr_6Nd_3B_(20) amorphous alloy reached maximum value of 67 K. The saturation magnetization (J_s) and coercive force (H_c) were in the range of 1.05-1.38 T and of 1.16-7.62 A/m, respectively. The Fe_(64)Co_7Zr_6Nd_3B_(20) bulk amorphous alloys in the shape of rod with diameter of 1 mm were obtained successfully by the means of copper mould injection casting, which exhibited good soft magnetic properties of 1.38 T for J_s and 4.26 A/m for coercive force H_c.
