Characteristics of a single airfoil and a turbine cascade in low Reynolds number flows are described based on the results of the wind tunnel experiments. Stall of the single airfoil occurs at low attack angles, and pressure distributions and flow patterns formed by oil flow visualization give the validity. And it is suggested that the similar phenomena likely occur in the turbine cascade also.
