For years,William Halal has conducted the TechCast Project at George Washington University to forecast breakthroughs in all fields of technology.He works online (www.TechCast.org) pooling the knowledge of 100 high-tech executives,scientists and engineers,academics,consultants,and futurists.Halal is professor of science,technology,and innovation at GWU in Washington,D.C.
