Sensor technology used in rear view assist systems

摘要

Driving assist systems that give the driver a better view whilst driving are required in order to reduce complicated tasks and driving error of the driver. It is hard to provide a good view of the rear and rear adjacent areas of a vehicle, in particular. This paper describes the rear collision warning system and the rear-side monitoring system which have been developed by Yazaki.
