A Study of knowledge, attitude and practice of mothers about Vaccination in Medical Institute in Jharkhand

Immunization Is the most cost effective strategy of last century which has proved its value. It is the greatest public health success story. No other human endeavor has as dramatic- and positive legacy as immunization. With > 85% coverage many countries in world has contained most Vaccine Preventable diseases (VPDs). About 41% causes of under five mortality in India is directly or indirectly caused by VPDs.Jharkhand is one of the state where immunization coverage rate is low Lack of knowledge and motivation in mothers is one of the causes behind it.
