A 35 year old executive visited,after having been referred by his family physician with bilateral breast swelling for about three and a half months along with anxiety and tremor. The enlargement of breasts was gradual and was most on the right side. It was associated with mild pain. The person had no history of recent trauma , mumps/fever or painful testicles. There was no bleeding or fluid discharge from the nipple area. He had no lump over his breast area neither did he have any particular problem regarding his sexual activities. He also reported occasional feeling of palpitations and he was anxious. The person has no history of weight loss. He was neither an alchoholic nor a smoker. He also didnot have any past history of diabetes, hypertension, stroke or any other major medical problem.
