摘要

A trial was conducted to study the influence of biofertilizers, GA_3 and their combinations on the growth of pecan seedlings. Maximum linear and radial growth was recorded with VAM + GA_3 (5000 ppm) treatment. Highest internodal length, number of leaves, fresh and dry weight of shoots and root/shoot ratio was recorded under VAM + Azotobacter + GA_3 treatment whereas, leaf size, root length, fresh and dry weight of roots and photosynthetic rate were highest with VAM + Azotobacter treatment. The highest root colonization occurred with VAM + Azotobacter treatment. Hundred per cent graflable/buddable plants were obtained with VAM + Azotobacter + GA_3 (5000 ppm) treatment.
