Compact and flexible truck cab paint line

In the case of fabricating our new paint line in the Fujisawa plant that carries out painting of medium-and-heavy duty truck cabins, we have made the paint line into a flexible and compact one using the way of a set of two cabins and transfer sideways at the primer process and all robot coating at the top coat process, considering movement of the ratio and quantity of production. We have achieved stable quality even in 2C2B system and also cost raduction, taking various quality improvements in the primer process into consideration.
