Two sets of experiments were conducted to study the effect of ovi-parasitic fungus, Paecilomyces liktcinus to control root-knot nematode infecting on Vigna radiata. In first set of experiment effect of P. lilacinus was studied on different inoculum level of nematode (500, 1000, 1500, 2000 J2s) infecting V. radiata. The results showed that P. lilacinus could control the nematode population but increase in initial population of nematode also increased the % of egg masses. In second experiment influenceof different levels of P. lilacinus (WB+F. lilacinus 5,10,15 and 20 g) were studied for the management of M. incognita infecting mung. All treatments infested with fungus showed significantly higher yield as compared to control plants. Best results wereachieved when WB+P (20 g) was used to check nematode.
