THE FERTILISER ASSOCIATION OF INDIA(FAI)in collaboration with the International Potash Institute(IPI)Switzerland organised a 2-day training programme on "Fertigation" during December,8-9,2005 atNasik,Maharashtra.Mr.R.C.Gupta,Dy.Director General,FAI inaugurated the programme,while Mr.Hillel Magen,Director,International Potash Institute,Switzerland presided over the inaugural session.About 55 participants comprising of progressive farmers,dealers/ co-operative sales personnel and officials from fertiliser industry,micro-irrigation industry and state department of agriculture attended the programme.
