摘要

A field experiment was conducted at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana for two consecutive years (during kharif season 2013 and 2014) to study the influence of N, Zn and Fe on growth parameters and yield in parmal rice (var. PR-122). All the growth parameters significantly increased with increased level of nitrogen. Soil application ofZn followed by foliar Zn significantly affected dry matter, leaf area and SPAD value. Foliar application of Fe had significant effect only on SPAD value. 125% ofRDN (N_3) recorded 10.40 per cent higher grain yield over 75% of RDN (N,) and soil Zn @ 50 kg ZnS0_4 ha~(-1) + foliar Zn @ 0.5% (Zn_4) recorded 12.20 per cent higher grain yield over no Zn application.
