摘要

Blue pine (Pinus wallichiana A.B.Jackson) is a major conifer in Kashmir (India) and is a demanding hardy species, owing to its use in construction of buildings. Moreover, blue pine is also being used widely in the reforestation of infertile, sandy andacidic soils.
