Grafting of 24 h old worker iarvae in 60 bees-wax queen cell cups (10 X 11 mm) per 10 bee frame queenless cell builder colony (Apis mellifera Linn.) during autumn and in 120 queen cell cups during spring and extracting the royai jelly 72 h after larval grafting resulted in the highest amount of royal jelly production (8.03 gram in autumn and 12.63 gram in spring) per colony in 72 hours cycle under Punjab conditions. Extraction of royai jelly with suction method was more efficient (31.68 mg/s) over spoon method (20.95 mg/s).
