Indian National Academy of Engineering MOS-AK/GSA India 2012: International Workshop on Device Modeling for Microsystems

摘要

MOS-AK/GSA is a global organization/forum that discusses and shares all information related to the compact modeling at all levels of the device and circuit characterization, modeiing and simulations. This organization brings people in the compact modeling field together and helps networking among them, enhance open platform for information exchange related to compact/Spice modeling and Verilog-A standardization as well as obtain feedback from technology developers, circuit designers, and CAD tool vendors. The topics cover all important aspects of compact model development, implementation, deployment and standardization within the main theme - frontiers of the compact modeling for CMOS/SOI circuit simulation and nm-scale MEMS designs.
