In this paper some statistical aspects through the four-level W-type two-mode radiation field system are presented. We study two models that describe this system in the presence of nonlinearity. The exact solutions of these models by using the Schrodinger equation for specific initial conditions are obtained. We employed the results to perform a careful investigation of the temporal evolution of the cross-correlation function, second-order correlation function, information entropy and normal squeezing phenomenon. The influence of the Kerr-like and cross-Kerr medium on these aspects are examined. These investigations show that the photons of the two modes are mostly anti-correlated and are bunching in the presence of the Kerr medium. The presence of the nonlinearities leads to a change of the entanglement between the atom and the field and of the normal squeezing phenomenon.
