Integrated program perks up farming in East Pangasinan

Eastern Pangasinan which embraces the Sixth District of Representative Ranjit Ramos Shahani is fast coming to life from decades of economic lethargy as an integrated program to modernize agriculture has been launched. Features of the program follow:Putting up of the post-harvest facilities in the campus of the University of Pangasinan, Santa Maria Branch, under a P60-million Joint Philippines-Thailand Venture. The project, now on stream, is sponsored by the Philippines-Thailand Joint Commission onBilateral Cooperation with Representative Shahani as the moving spirit behind the projects.
