After Senate Passage, Future of Tax Credit Remains Unclear

The U.S. Senate recently took an important step toward protecting our nation's energy security and protecting thousands of jobs in rural America by passing a one-year extension of the federal biodiesel tax credit. The future of that legislation, however, remains uncertain since the legislation must be reconciled with significantly different legislation passed by the U.S. House of Representatives.
