Toro 0011 helps EROC achieve significant project milestones at Ridgeway Project.

WHEN TACKLING THE CHALLENGES OF constructing a new mine and undertaking ongoing, crucial development works, any contractor recognises the need for the right people, the right equipment and the right management to produce the right results. In planning for work at Newcrest's Ridgeway Mine, leading Australian underground mining contractor EROC was searching for reliability, productivity and efficiency of equipment. It was out of this search that a long-term partnership with Sandvik Mining and Construction was born. Through the partnership, Tamrock supplied EROC with ten Toro 40D and 50D trucks, four Toro 0010 loaders, four Minimatic Jumbos and a Robolt to complete the early phase of the project, which included the development of the conveyor decline.
