摘要

Joint with clearance is a very common phenomenon in multibody systems. Therefore, the numerical study of multibody systems considering clearance joints plays a significant role in analyzing the dynamic behavior of the multibody system. In the past, although many scholars have studied the clearance joints of multibody systems, there are few studies considering the rigid-flexible coupling, different joint connection types, and lubrication effect of multibody system at the same time. In the present work, a novel numerical method based on nonsmooth strategy is proposed, which is suitable for different types of clearance joints, including spherical and multi-lubrication revolute clearance joints. In addition, based on Newton's impact law, the normal contact reaction and normal contact velocity are described as complementary problems, and the tangential contact reaction is coupled to the normal contact reaction. Eventually, based on the method proposed in this paper, the effects of the different number of clearance joints and flexible elements, clearance size, different impact coefficients and friction coefficients, different Young's moduli, dry and lubrication contact on multibody system are studied by using three examples.
