Gergonne Industrie (Oyonnax, France) has introduced its next-generation 10080 polyethylene foam reference. The company claims that the latest version is more flexible and elastic than the previous generation, thus offering a better overall performance in terms of adhesion and conformability, as well as improved temperature and UV aging resistance. The foam reportedly demonstrates good cohesion on all types of substrates and is intended to affix parts of differing materials that are subjected to mechanical constraints.
