摘要

The features of discrete signal processing during the timing of events with interpolation based on phase measurements of harmonic oscillations are considered. It is shown that the parametric identification of the interpolator using methods of spectral estimation and linear algorithms of estimation of coefficients of the regression model provides picosecond accuracy in the measurement of time instants and intervals. The accuracy potential of the interpolation method based on the phase measurement results is illustrated by the results of actual calibration measurements and computer simulations.
