摘要

A multichannel exponential system with repeat customers possessing nonidentical servers is considered. The primary and secondary accesses to the servers are address strategies. It is assumed that some of the servers are reserved for primary calls. The behavior of this system is described by a continuous-time multidimensional quasi-Toeplitz Markov chain. A sufficient condition for the existence of a stationary distribution is obtained, and an algorithm for finding the stationary probability distribution and basic operating characteristics of the system is developed and numerically implemented. Numerical results are presented.
