January seems a good time to reflect on the previous years activities before settling down to ensure good things happen in our organisation for the next 12 months. During the past seven or eight years since I became involved on the BIA executive we have strived to maintain momentum and membership. At each committee meeting all members endeavor to think of ways to keep our current members involved and content with their investment and come up with innovative ideas that will attract new members to theorganisation.
