The Garak wholesale market in metropolitan Seoul is the central distribution point for a host of fresh fruit and vegetable items. This includes imported and domestic oranges, lemons, mandarins, grapefruit and other citrus fruit. Grapefruit and lemonsdo not attract the same level of demand from this market as oranges. Demand for grapefruit is declining and, while small, the demand for lemons remains stable - attracting a relatively high price.
