In a country that has seen very little foreign investment from Australia's junior exploration sector, West Rock Resources Pty Ltd believes it has hit the jackpot.The unlisted explorer, which is planning to make its debut on the ASX by the end of the year, is currently undergoing due diligence on a package of 25 greenfield mining concessions in Colombia, after signing an option agreement with two associated mining groups: Em-porio Mining SAS and Alliance Mining SAS."We are working hard to identify key areas to focus on, we will then move as quickly as we can to acquire 100% ownership," managing director Simon Noon told Paydirt.Noon said the company plans to raise $1.6 million in seed capital, ahead of a planned IPO before Christmas at 25c.
