To understand the changes in dairy market trends, it is vital to identify themain drivers of dairy consumption in different countries around the world. In a food context disrupted by the Covid-19 epidemic, most dairy markets worldwide experienced favorable developments, particularly butter and cheese. However, some dairy productcategories are experiencing declining trends in certain regions, especially milk, mainly in the USA, Mexico, some European countries, Japan and South Africa.
