Saurer Acquires Ermafa Kunststofftechnik

On June 7th,Saurer signed a contract to acquire a 100% stake in Ermafa Kunststofftechnik Chemnitz GmbH & Co.KG from its management.The acquisition takes effect retroactively to January 1.In the current year,Ermafa Kunststofftechnik will generate sales of some 6 million euro.It will be integrated into the Barmag business unit.
