Circular knitting machines belong to the group of circular-type weft knitting machines, and are a generic name for latch needle circular knitting machines excluding hosiery knitting machines and bearded needle circular knitting machines. The knitting section of knitting machines is round, and knits a fabric in tubular form. Latch needle circular knitting machines form stitches using latch needles, and today occupy the mainstream of knitted fabric production.
