Garment Exports Slow Down in 1st Half

Garment export to the U.S.market slowed down in the first half of this year.According to the Ministry of Commerce,Vietnam exported USUS1,150 million worth of garments to the U.S.in the first half,up 3.6% compared to the year before.The reasons for stagnant exports are said to be the shortage of quotas and the 4.5% quota cut by the U.S.
