Textile Exports & Imports in 2012

China China's exports of textiles and apparel in 2012 increased by 2.8% over the previous year to US$254,980 million. The growth is considerably smaller than previous years, but the export value was another record-breaker. By market, exports to the EU (the largest market) decreased 'drastically, but were covered by exports to newly emerging economies including ASEAN, the Middle East and Africa.
