Delays to some new developments off-shore Norway are set to hit the country’s production profile by the end of the dec-ade,with output targets slipping by one or two years in a five-year horizon,the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate(NPD) says.A slowdown in investment is likely next year. But,in some cases,“it is good to postpone and go back to the thinking box and to find out whether you can do this in a more cost-efficient way”,NPD director-general Bente Nyland says.
