Commission to apply EU law to Nord Stream 2

EU law applies to the offshore sections of Russian state-controlled Gazprom's proposed 55bn m~3/yr Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker says. But Germany has said that the pipeline would not fall under EU single market laws, which would make it exempt from third-party access (TPA) rules.
