Lukoil fails to replace reserves

Lukoil says its proven reserves stood at 16.56bn bl of oil equivalent (boe) as of 31 December, down from 17.59bn boe at the end of 2014, reflecting the dete- riorating efficiency of developing reserves under current economic condi- tions. Proven crude reserves fell to 12.59bn bl from 13.5bn bl, while gas reserves fell to 23.84 trillion ft3 (715bn m~3) from 23.95 trillion ft3 (719bn m~3), according to an audit by Miller and Lents.
