Heliopotasse and AFT have been offering Iranian granular urea for April shipment to France.Prices are around$395/t cfr duty paid,equivalent to just under?300/t fca.But few, buyers are willing to take the risk of purchasing Iranian material at this stage of the season,despite the obvious price advantage.
