Energy levels, lifetimes, and transition probabilities for transitions between computed levels are reported for the Be-like (Z=4,...,12) to Ne-like (Z=10,...,24) sequences. In most cases, results include all levels up to 2s3d in spectra of Be-like atoms or ions and 2s(2)p(n)3d, n=0,...,5 in spectra of B-like to Ne-like, respectively. Wavefunctions were determined using the multi-configuration Hartree-Fock method with relativistic effects included through the Breit-Pauli Hamiltonian, omitting only the orbit-orbit interaction. Both allowed (E1) and forbidden (M1, E2, M2) transitions are reported. (C) 2004 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
