Solution for prevention of mycotoxicosis

Mycotoxins are present worldwide and affect up to 25% of the world food crops. Mycotoxins are a diverse group of toxic secondary metabolites produced by moulds. Mycotoxins are of significant importance on crop productivity (decreased nutrient content) and animal production (detrimental effects on reproduction, digestion and immune statute). Mould growth and mycotoxins production need different environmental conditions but both can be found all along the food chain.
